In America, black homelessness is widespread, and efforts have been made to address it at both the state and federal levels. Despite accounting for only 13% of the U.S. population, over half of homeless families are Black, according to a recent research. Although considerable progress has been achieved, the crisis continues.
In recent years, some people have taken on the responsibility of addressing this issue while also guiding others to buy property. According to Black News, Mujiba Salaam Parker was formerly homeless, bankrupt, and on welfare. She has over 25 years of combined expertise in economic and community development, as well as grant management.
Parker was able to repay her 30-year mortgage in less than three years. She is enjoying the fact that she has paid off her mortgage 27 years earlier than intended. She has a new report titled “How I Paid Off My 30-Year Mortgage in Less Than 3 Years!”to explain how she overcame her financial troubles and paid off her mortgage in record time.
According to her, she was compelled to produce the study to inform homeowners that they, too, may pay off their mortgages quickly. By doing so, homeowners will save $100,000 or more in interest and mortgage insurance over the course of the loan.
Parker explains step-by-step how she paid off her mortgage, her expertise in mortgages and amortization, why her method is superior than biweekly mortgage payments, how to simply create additional income and access more funds without incurring new debt, and how to save a lot of money. She also shows homeowners how to think mortgage-free.
Parker also uses her inspiring narrative to teach homeowners how to buy their homes outright. “As of December 8, 2023, I paid off my $164,495 mortgage in 33 months (360-327 months). Parker noted in her report, “I saved nearly $65,000 in interest payments by paying off my mortgage early, and I had the lowest interest rate in US history at 2.65%.”
“If you have a higher interest rate, you might save even more money on the same loan by paying off your mortgage early. I saved over $32,000 on mortgage insurance with an FHA home loan. This implies I would have paid approximately $100,000 in additional interest and mortgage insurance if I had continued to pay for the next 27 years,” she explained.
“I wrote this report because I realised that owning your home free and clear is a great accomplishment that is unfortunately rare,” Parker remarked. According to US Census data, fewer than 27% of householders under the age of 65 have this luxury. I now understand the peace of mind that comes with owning a home outright. I wanted to share my story, as well as eight comprehensive procedures that homeowners may follow to pay off their mortgages quickly and save over $100,000 in interest and mortgage insurance.”
In addition to her report, she has obtained millions of dollars in grant financing for a Camden, New Jersey-based nonprofit. The cash goes toward healthcare services and programs for people, regardless of their capacity to pay.
