The term ‘centi-millionaires’ refers to persons with investable wealth of USD 100 million or more, according to Henley & Partners and New World Wealth’s new Centi-Millionaire study published on October 10th, 2023 edition.
New World Wealth tracks the travels of over 150,000 high-net-worth individuals in its in-house database. The database focuses mostly on company founders and rich individuals who occupy the following roles in high-value organizations: chairman, CEO, president, director, and managing partner.
There are only 28,420 centi-millionaires in the world (as of June 2023), making this a very elite club. The 10 most costly cities for these centi-millionaires are listed below in the aforementioned report, with a concentration on Africa.
PS: The data USD/m² refers to the average square meter price of a prime 200 to 400 square meter apartment in city/town.
