10 Best Companies to Work for Women in the World

For women to excel in business, companies must develop an inclusive workplace that fosters female employees’ strengths and provides opportunities for advancement.

Inequalities in the workplace, such as the gender wage gap and diversity issues in fields such as technology, disproportionately affect women, making it critical for firms to emphasize women in leadership roles.

The Comparably Best Firms for Women rating examines anonymous comments from female employees over a 12-month period to determine the best firms for women.

The platform assessed a series of 50 questions encompassing 16 cultural criteria, such as salary, career growth and opportunity, and work environment. The overall ranking was based on 15 million ratings from 70,000 companies.

The list of the greatest firms for women in major corporations included those with more than 500 employees; only those with at least 75 employee ratings made the cut.

According to the 2022 Comparably report, the following firms are the best places to work for women.

1. RingCentral

RingCentral, a cloud-based software firm, has been named the Best firm for Women in 2022 by Comparably.

SaaSY Women and RC Women in Leadership are just two of RingCentral’s many Employee Resource Groups (ERG) that aim to support and empower women in business.

Female RingCentral employees ranked Executive Team, Team, and Leadership as the top categories among those scored.

With 81% of women believing they are paid equally, RingCentral illustrates that its commitment to diversity and inclusion goes beyond empty words.

2. ADP

ADP, a management services company, is ranked second for Best Company for Women 2022.

With female CEO Maria Black leading the company, women in business scored it positively in categories such as Team, Executive Team, and CEO Rating.

Women make up more than half of ADP’s workforce.

ADP has got yet another impressive accolade: it has been named one of the top 100 companies for working mothers.

Female ADP employees are members of a firm that arranges Women in Leadership events, which bring together powerful female executives.

3. Chewy

Chewy is an online pet supply marketplace that strives to be a dependable supplier for all of your pet’s needs.

However, the company’s enthusiasm for pets appears to extend to its employees, as seen by its third spot in the Comparably list.

Women in the legal department rated Chewy’s culture the highest.

According to one Chewy employee, “The leadership team is actively engaged with employees and uses employee feedback to make decisions.”

4. Baylor Scott&White Health

This non-profit healthcare institution was founded as a Christian healing ministry. The company states that its goal is to improve the well-being of all individuals, communities, and families.

Women in the customer success department praised Baylor Scott & White Health’s culture the most.

5. Globants

Globant is the fifth-ranked software development firm, with offices in South America, North America, Europe, and Asia.

The company has previously been recognized as one of the best companies for women three times: in 2019, 2021, and 2022.

The administration section determined that Globant had the highest gender score.

One employee commented, “Everyone appears to be comfortable and open. No bossy culture or arrogant attitude. Nobody tries to exert authority over you.

6. Workday

Workday, a worldwide human resource management company, frames its approach to diversity as “embracing everyone.”

Female Workday employees rated Team, Happiness, and CEO Rating as their top categories.

Women in the business development department gave Workday the highest rating for its culture.

One employee commented, “I like working at Workday because I feel valued every day. Also, I appreciate being a part of a community of people that care about others and always see the sunny side of life.”

7. Task Us

This organization, which was created in the United States in 2008, provides outsourced digital services and customer experience to innovative enterprises.

TaskUs is considered among the best organizations for women, and they create affinity clubs such as Women@TaskUs to help female employees feel more involved at work.

8. Concentrix

Concentrix, a business services firm, offers an exceptional workplace for women, according to the Comparably report.

Concentrix has been recognized one of the top companies for women for four years in a row, beginning with 2019.

Women in the organization ranked Team, Executive Team, and Leadership as the top categories out of those scored.

9. HubSpot

HubSpot, a customer relationship management (CRM) solution, ranks seventh among the comparables.

Employees rated HubSpot, led by female CEO Yamini Rangan, as one of the best companies for women.

Adobe is listed in the top ten best employers for women, with up to 85% of female employees who provided comments saying they would recommend working for Adobe.

Women in the firm ranked Perks & Benefits, CEO Rating, and Happiness as the top categories.

“[The] organization offers a variety of activities, career options, and educational chances. Also promotes work-life balance.””It’s a fantastic company for women,” said one Adobe employee.
