Chris Brown, Yella Beezy Sued for $50million Over ‘Assault’

Four men have filed a lawsuit against Chris Brown and Yella Beezy, claiming they were beaten and hospitalized following a concert in Texas on July 20.

According to TMZ, the alleged victims’ complaint also names Brown’s entourage lieutenant Sinko Ceej and Live Nation.

Larry Parker, Joseph Lewis, Charles Bush, and Damarcus Powell filed the lawsuit Monday in Houston.

Plaintiffs want $50 million in damages for alleged monetary losses, pain and suffering, disfigurement, mental anguish, and past, present, and future medical expenses.

They accused the defendants of “throwing chairs at them and repeatedly kicking, stomping, and beating them”.

The plaintiffs claimed they saw Brown’s ’11:11 Tour’ at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth. After the event, they claimed to have been invited and escorted backstage with 40 other women to Brown’s VIP area.

According to the lawsuit, Brown approached the area after 30 minutes, but the alleged victims became bored of waiting and left.

Before departing, Bush stated that he approached the artist to shake his hand and congratulate him on a fantastic performance.

According to the lawsuit, before Bush, Parker, Lewis, and Powell could leave, someone from Brown’s entourage shouted, “Man, don’t you remember you two were beefing?” The singer allegedly instructed his team to attack Bush.

The plaintiffs claimed they were assaulted in a hallway by nearly ten members of Brown’s entourage.

According to the lawsuit, Brown and his crew allegedly hit Parker in the face and chest, kicked him in the head for more than ten minutes, and stomped him, causing him serious bodily harm.

Powell and Bush were reportedly hit in the shoulder and chest by the musician and his crew.

According to the lawsuit docs, Bush, Powell, Lewis, and Parker all suffered severe injuries to their heads, necks, shoulders, and backs and are still undergoing medical treatment.

In addition to the $50 million in damages, the plaintiffs have sought restraining orders against Brown, Beezy, and Sinko Ceej in order to “preserve evidence”.
