The world’s wealthiest woman is now $2.5 billion richer than Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg.
According to the Bloomberg billionaire index, Francoise Bettencourt Meyers has a net worth of $63.4 billion, while Mark Zuckerberg has a net worth of $60.9 billion despite losing roughly $60 billion this year.
After falling out of the top ten in March, Zuckerberg is now ranked No. 17, while Francoise Bettencourt Meyers is ranked 16th.
The drops can be attributed to rapidly rising inflation, which has slowed the world’s largest economy 2022.
Despite a massive increase in their wealth during the outbreak in 2021, as businesses thrived as restrictions were eased, the staggering losses occurred.
