Shares of Gateway Distriparks fell 1% in the morning of September 11 following the resignation of the company’s Chief Financial Officer, Sandeep Kumar Shaw.
Mr. Shaw resigned from the logistics company, claiming personal reasons, according to a regulatory filing dated September 8. His responsibilities will formally terminate on November 28, 2023, at the conclusion of business hours.
Gateway Distriparks reported a 5.91% year-on-year (YoY) rise in revenue for the June quarter, hitting Rs 358 crore. Net profit increased by 7.14% year on year to Rs 56 crore. However, the operating profit margin shrank by 100 basis points to 24%.
