Cori Broadus, the 24-year-old daughter of US musician Snoop Dogg, is suffering from a “severe stroke”.
Stroke is a life-threatening medical illness that occurs when the blood flow to a portion of the brain is cut off.
The condition’s principal symptoms are changes in the face, arms, and speech.
On Thursday, Broadus posted photos of herself in the hospital bed on Instagram.
In the caption, she wrote, “I had a severe stroke this am. I started breaking down crying when they told me. Like I am only 24. What did I do in my past to deserve all of this”.

Broadus is an entrepreneur and singer, who performs under the name CHOC.
She is one of three children the US rapper shares with Shante Taylor, his wife.
Snoop Dogg rose to prominence in the 1990s as a driving force in the West Coast hip-hop scene and gangster rap subgenre.
He’s had songs including ‘Gin And Juice’ and ‘Drop It including It’s Hot’.
He has evolved into a multidimensional artist, influencing music, movies, and television.
His artistry has earned him numerous prizes and accolades, including an American Music Award, a Primetime Emmy Award, and 17 Grammy nominations.
