Prince Harry Declines Invitation to King Charles’ 75th Birthday

Prince Harry is accused of declining an invitation to his father King Charles’ historic 75th birthday party.

The monarch will honor the historic milestone with a party at Clarence House in London on Tuesday, November 07, a week from now. While his closest family and friends are expected to attend, Prince Harry is not expected to attend.

According to sources, while the Duke of Sussex has been invited to the event, he will not attend on November 14.

It was reported that Harry and Meghan postponed their honeymoon to attend a garden party in honor of the King’s 70th birthday five years ago.

This is supposedly the second time Harry has declined the opportunity to spend time with his father. Despite being on a visit from California, he declined the King’s invitation to join him in Balmoral on the anniversary of Queen Elizabeth’s death in September.

Details of this latest snub were first reported in the Sunday Times yesterday.

It comes after it was claimed on Sunday that Harry and the King still ‘don’t speak much’.

The lack of contact is said to have been prompted by Charles’ ‘disappointment’ at his son’s depiction of Queen Camilla in his memoir Spare.
