Tabitha Brown, an Emmy-nominated actor, Times Bestselling author, and businesswoman, wore an outfit she designed for the 2022 Children’s and Family Emmy Award Ceremony.

Sumpter, filled with joy at the turn of events, shared her thoughts on Instagram, saying, “Look at 7-year-old me doing a fitting and alterations for @iamtabithabrown for the Emmy Awards. Who would’ve ever thought My first trip to Cali would be for my designs… I am extremely grateful and I definitely had a blast!!!! Thank you so much @iamtabithabrown.”

Aside from dressing celebrities, the young entrepreneur, according to Shine My Crown, has created history twice. When she was seven years old, she became the youngest person to present her creations during New York Fashion Week. Second, Sumpter is the youngest individual to own a clothes store in a shopping center.

Sumpter began sewing lessons at the age of three, and by the age of five, she had opened her first retail shop at Menlo Park Mall under her company name, Brooke LauRen Children’s Brand, according to RLS Media.

In addition, the eight-year-old CEO of @brookelaurenchildrensbrand is getting ready to introduce a new collection, and she knows exactly what she wants her brand to stand for.

In an Instagram teaser for her next collection, the young designer pointed out: “My Focus is not bigger, it’s quality. And I want to make sure that it’s something I’m proud of years from now.”

A few months ago, the young genius appeared on The Tamron Hall Show, where she discussed her designs, major triumphs in the fashion business, designing Tabitha Brown’s Emmy gown, and much more.
