With a growing number of wealthy residents, the city has its fair share of billionaires. Aziz Akhannouch, who has holdings in the petroleum and energy sectors, and Othman Benjelloun, whose financial services empire spans the globe, are two notable examples.

Rupert’s influence extends to art, wine, and other areas, making him a well-known figure in South Africa’s upper crust.
7. Cape Town, South Africa
Cape Town, known for its stunning natural beauty, is also home to several billionaires. Christo Wiese, an influential business magnate with interests in retail, investments, and more, is one of the city’s notable billionaires.
