In a recent turn of events, Jeff Bezos, the founder of Amazon, momentarily eclipsed Musk in April 2024, taking second place. However, Musk quickly reclaimed his status after Tesla’s stock surged 15% on April 29, 2024, increasing his net worth by $14.5 billion, according to Forbes.
