Rihanna and A$AP Rocky Unveil Unique Name for Second Baby

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky named their second child, Riot Rose Mayers, a month after his birth. According to entertainment commentators and reviewers, the unusual name was inspired by A$AP Mob’s latest song “Riot,” which was released earlier this year and features Pharrell Williams.

Riot was born on August 1, 2023, at Cedar Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, according to the birth certificate provided by The Blast. The couple’s decision to name their second child RZA Athelston Mayers follows in the footsteps of their first son’s name, RZA Athelston Mayers, born in May 2022.

Dr. Thais Aliabadi, a gynecologist known for her work with celebrities such as Khloe Kardashian and Kylie Jenner, delivered Rihanna. She had an appearance on Keeping Up with the Kardashians. She was also present at the birth of Al Pacino’s kid, Roman, alongside his partner, Noor Alfallah.

When Rihanna and A$AP Rocky will disclose images of their new child is unknown. Rihanna previously released photos of their first child, RZA, seven months after his birth. The couple’s second child was born last month, with Rihanna’s pregnancy announcement gaining notice when she attended at the Super Bowl halftime show with a visible baby bump in February.

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky named their first child RZA in honor of RZA, the legendary producer and rapper whose real name is Robert Fitzgerald Diggs and who leads the Wu-Tang Clan. This moniker is particularly significant because it refers to A$AP Rocky’s middle name.

According to media reports, Rihanna considers her family to be complete. The singer and her rapper boyfriend have no plans to conceive any more children. According to a family insider, Rihanna has no plans to become pregnant anytime soon.

Rihanna claimed in a recent media interview that having a child has given her a new perspective on life, and she now feels a greater connection with parents who have already experienced parenthood. Rihanna, who is also the CEO of Fenty Beauty, highlighted that motherhood changes everything.

It has given her the confidence to approach new obstacles, stressing the feeling of being capable of completing even the most seemingly impossible things.

She and A$AP Rocky began dating in 2020, but their business links date back to 2013.
