According to the portal, she purchased four shipments in total. On February 10, Ulupalakua Ranch sold two parcels to Winfrey’s Los Angeles-based company, Harpo Inc. According to the platform, 520 acres sold for $3.89 million and 330 acres sold for $2.47 million. The remaining two 10-acre parcels were sold to Harpo Inc. on December 30, 2022, for $100,000 each, according to Maui Now. Prior to that, in 2018, she paid $8.3 million for a 43-acre waterfront estate on Orcas Island. She sold the home for $14 million in 2021.
Forbes said that Winfrey has at least ten houses, the primary one being in Montecito, California, and has an estimated net worth of $2.5 billion. According to the site, Winfrey began collecting land for her Montecito ‘Promised Land’ estate in 2001, and the 40-acre property now includes not only a main house and a guest house, but also a tennis court and pool. Despite the fact that the media mogul apparently sold one of her other properties in the coastal town to actress Jennifer Aniston last year, Forbes stated that she still owns four others in the same neighborhood as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
