Due to a mystery sickness that required him to be transported to an Atlanta, Georgia hospital, Foxx has recently been in the news. The actor’s daughter blogged on April 12 about his hospitalization, but the public has still not been informed of the exact nature of the actor’s ailment.
Corrine revealed that the comedian has been out of the hospital for weeks and has even recently played pickleball in an Instagram photo. She omitted to mention the day he was released, though.
“Update from the family: Sad to see how the media runs wild,” she wrote in her message. For several weeks, my father has been recovering outside of the hospital. In actuality, he practiced pickleball yesterday! We appreciate everyone’s prayers and encouragement, according to NBC News.
Corinne also announced, “We have an exciting work announcement coming next week too!”
Jamie Foxx was shooting his Netflix movie, “Back in Action” with co-star, Cameron Diaz, before he suddenly fell ill. People Magazine reports that Foxx’s medical emergency did not happen on set, and neither was he taken to the hospital in an emergency vehicle.
The Hollywood Reporter was informed by a Netflix source that the project was still in production and that it will finish shooting on time.
