Otedola acquires E3Million yacht for his 60th birthday celebration


Femi Otedola, the Nigerian billionaire businessman, is celebrating his 60th birthday aboard Christiana O, the private luxury motor superyacht.

Videos and photos have surfaced on social media showing the business mogul on the cruise with his family.

Christina O is considered to be the 59th largest yacht in the world as of 2022.

The weekly rental cost of the yacht, which belongs to Aristotle Onassis, the billionaire Greek shipping magnate who amassed the world’s largest privately owned shipping fleet, is $609,000.

Otedola, it is understood, rented the yacht for three weeks and is to sail around the Mediterranean with 37 crew members.

The yacht also has a bed with Otedola’s initials, FO, inscribed on it.

Also spotted with the Otedola family members is Mr. Eazi, his daughter’s partner.

The ship has hosted a plethora of prominent persons across the world, ranging from Marilyn Monroe and Frank Sinatra to John F Kennedy and Winston Churchill.

Otedola is the former chairman of Forte Oil PLC, an importer of fuel products.

The businessman is the founder of Zenon Petroleum and Gas Ltd. He also owns a number of other businesses across shipping, real estate, and finance.

The entrepreneur has invested in power generation as part of the liberalisation of the sector in Nigeria.

Otedola was born in Ibadan, Oyo state on November 4, 1962.
