Faith House of Acadiana Receives $13K Donation from Stuller Family Foundation

The Stuller Family Foundation has kindly donated $13,540 to the Keep Us Cool Campaign in order to fund needed air conditioning repairs at Faith House, a local domestic abuse crisis center.

This announcement has both elated and moved Faith House. We’d like to officially honor the Stuller Family Foundation as the campaign’s presenting sponsor. The Stuller Family Foundation has officially assisted us in meeting our objective of funding the price of replacing our shelter air conditioner.

Faith House launched their Keep Us Cool campaign in late June, during the second week with no functional AC in their offices and common living areas. Since then, countless members of the community and organizations have responded to the need for assistance. We have been BLOWN AWAY by the contributions and support we have received from individuals near and far.

The Stuller Family Foundation’s generous contribution, along with the other significant contributions, enabled Faith House to completely replace the antiquated air conditioning unit. While Faith House continues to raise funds to recuperate the remaining repair costs, the assistance of everyone concerned has allowed us to experience the cool wind of hope for our future.

“Our partnership with the Stuller Family Foundation has been vital as we pursue our mission to save and transform the lives of survivors of domestic violence. The Stuller Family Foundation continues to provide visionary leadership in philanthropy throughout our community. We are
thankful for their support and friendship all these years. Together we are making a difference for
victims of violence and today we continue along the way with a cool breeze in the air.” Billi Lacombe, Executive Director Faith House, Inc.
