Elon Musk Projected To Be The World’s First Trillionaire By 2027

Elon Musk, the world’s richest person, is on track to become the world’s first trillionaire by 2027, according to a wealth tracking analysis from Informa Connect Academy.

Musk, the CEO of Tesla, SpaceX, and X (previously Twitter), has seen his fortune grow at an average annual rate of 110%, according to the academy.

Musk remains at the top of the world’s richest list, with a net worth of $237 billion, according to the Bloomberg Billionaire Index. According to the article, Gautam Adani, an Indian industrialist, will be the second trillionaire.

Gautam Adani, the founder and chairman of Adani Group, has seen his wealth grow at an average yearly rate of 123%, and if this trend continues, Adani will be the second richest person in the world by 2028.

Only eight firms in the world have achieved a trillion-dollar market valuation, including Microsoft, Apple, Nvidia, Alphabet, Amazon, Saudi Aramco, Meta, and the most recent entry, Warren Buffet’s Berkshire Hathaway.

Jensen Huang, the CEO of chip and semiconductor giant Nvidia, is the unexpected inclusion at number three on the list of to-be trillionaires. He is placed 18th on the world’s richest list, with a net worth of more than $90 billion.

Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg is also on the list, with the report estimating that it will take another six years, until 2030, for Zuckerberg to join the list of trillionaires.

Meanwhile, Musk has lately revealed his support for former President Donald Trump in the forthcoming US presidential elections in November, and it will be fascinating to see the classic struggle with the world’s richest person siding with Republicans.
