Hassan Allam Holding, owned by notable billionaire Hassan Allam, has obtained a substantial contract to build a $346-million entertainment complex in Saudi Arabia, cementing its position as a powerhouse in the engineering and construction industries.
The contract was given by Saudi Entertainment Ventures (Seven), a subsidiary of the kingdom’s sovereign wealth fund PIF (Public Investment Fund), demonstrating the firm’s ability to secure high-profile projects. The entertainment complex, named “Al Kharj Entertainment Complex,” is expected to become the region’s premier leisure attraction.
The Al Kharj Entertainment Complex will be conveniently located between the cities of Abha and Khamis Mushait, near Abha International Airport, and will occupy an area of 64,000 square meters. The complex, which spans more than 79,000 square meters, intends to provide a varied range of entertainment alternatives in response to Saudi Arabia’s growing need for recreational amenities.
Hassan Allam Holding, with its extensive skills and experience, will lead the building operations, with assistance from renowned project consultants such as Gensler, a US-based engineering firm, and Lebanon’s Dar Al Handasah.
Furthermore, the UK-based Mace Group has been recruited as the project management consultant, increasing the project’s chances of success.
This current endeavor is part of Hassan Allam Holdings’ overall plan to increase its global impact. The group has established a regional headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to strengthen its presence throughout the Middle East and North Africa.
The gang, commanded by Hassan Allam and his brother Amr Allam, has expanded into over ten countries, including UAE, Oman, Libya, Jordan, and Algeria.
