
The seven candidates for the Premier League Player of the Season award include the star players from Manchester, Kevin de Bruyne and Erling Haaland, as well as Bukayo Saka of Arsenal.
On Thursday, May 18, the Premier League posted a message on its Twitter account announcing the seven candidates for the Premier League Player of the Season title.
Along with Buakayo Saka and Martin Odegaard of Arsenal, De Bruyne and Haaland made the list. Marcus Rashford of Manchester United and Harry Kane of Tottenham also made the cut.

De Bruyne currently tops the list for the top assists this season with 16 assists. The Belgian has scored seven goals so far this season.

Haaland is the top scorer in the Premier League with 36 goals while Tottenham hitman Kane is the second-highest scorer in the league with 27 goals.
Trippier has been impressive for Newcastle this season. The Englishman, who has netted a goal so far this season, has been a key figure for Newcastle’s defence. He also played a key role in their fight to secure a top-four finish this season.
Saka has scored 13 goals and provided 11 assists for Arsenal this season in the Premier League.
Rashford has netted 16 goals for Man United this term while Odegaard has scored 15 goals and registered seven assists for the Gunners.
