Bukayo Saka Wins Premier League Player of the Month Award

Bukayo Saka has been named the Premier League’s March Player of the Month.

Arsenal won all four league games in March, with an in-form Saka scoring three goals and providing two assists for Mikel Arteta’s team.

Saka scored three goals and provided two assists in four appearances for Arsenal during the month, which included victories over Everton, Bournemouth, Fulham, and Crystal Palace.

Only Erling Haaland (33) of Manchester City and Harry Kane (23) of Tottenham Hotspur have scored more Premier League goals this season than Saka (22).

The 21-year-old, who is a candidate for player of the season, is the only player in the competition to reach double figures in both goals (12) and assists (10) this season.

Saka won the Premier League award over Alexander Isak, Alexis MacAllister, Tyrone Mings, Mohamed Salah, and Arsenal teammate Leandro Trossard.

He is the second Arsenal player to win the monthly award this season, following Martin Odegaard, who was named the best player in November and December, both before the World Cup break.
