Meet Teya “D-Globetrotter” Dalton, a world traveler turned entrepreneur behind The Passport Hustle, a Black-owned line of travel accessories that elevate travel fashion and bring the adage “Black History is More Than a Month” to life.

Travel has been a bit of a blur recently. We’ve made it to the new year, and many of us made it through the holiday travel season by the skin of our teeth. Despite the lifting of pandemic restrictions around the world, several challenges continue to test travelers’ resolve, including inflation, natural disasters, war, and more.

Teya comments, “We now know that travelers won’t stop. And they won’t quit. Travelers are determined to see the world and celebrate loved ones in person, now more than ever. Thanks to my brand, The Passport Hustle, we can all say NO to boring luggage and travel essentials.”

Teya is a frequent traveler who frequently shares stories about her quest to visit 40 countries before the age of 40. She has visited and eaten in 43 countries on six continents, and she now sends travelers all over the world as a travel advisor and coach.

She is an immersive traveler who comes alive when she is immersed in the stories of the people. “Travel can enlighten you with just a glimpse into how locals live, how they use traditions to keep their culture alive, and how they erect the monuments we admire,” she says. Teya D-Globetrotter, fortunately for us, curates one of the best travel accessory stores on the market, showcasing culture inspired by international travelers and communities linked by the African Diaspora.

Color and culture are frequently experienced by travelers through breathtaking landscapes, architecture, textiles, food, and personal interactions. Most travelers will encounter several examples of “black cultures” being co-opted by and for the benefit of people from other communities. We rarely see products designed by, for, and/or in honor of us.

The Passport Hustle provides BIPOC travelers and allies with a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to embrace the vibrant colors of the cultures that excite and inspire us. Travelers can now flaunt, flaunt out, and magnify their individual self-expression. There’s no reason for boring luggage options to limit a traveler’s ability to express themselves when The Passport Hustle offers a variety of exotic travel essentials and accessories. Luggage covers, memory foam neck pillows, passport wallets, organizing pouches, carry-on electronics, and travel sets are among the items available.

The Passport Hustle recently launched its “Mud Cloth in Color” collection of travel products, which are sure to pique the interest of all international travelers’ fashion senses. This collection was inspired by hand-drawn mud cloths in earth tones. By combining the mud cloth design element with vibrant colors, travelers can preserve ancestral cultures while celebrating their own vibrancy!
