Keanu Reeves, a Canadian actor, was recently contacted by police officials doing a welfare check.
According to TMZ, cops paid the 58-year-old musician a visit at his Los Angeles-area home after responding to a complaint about the disappearance of an anonymous 27-year-old lady.
The actor had no information about the person in issue and stated that they did not live at his house.
Reeves was said to be understanding of the mistake and to have acted politely with the responding cops.
It was unclear whether the individual who submitted the report was misinformed about the actor’s address or was playing a joke.
