Actor Jamie Foxx Moved to Rehabilitation Center Following Medical Emergency

After being discharged from the hospital, American actor Jamie Foxx reportedly checked into one of the best physical rehabilitation facilities in the nation.

The actor has reportedly been receiving medical attention in Chicago since April, only a few weeks after experiencing an undisclosed medical issue, claims TMZ.

Corinne Foxx and Anelise Foxx, his daughters, are reportedly by his side in the treatment facility.

Although Jamie’s health difficulties are not yet known, the clinic is said to focus on cancer rehabilitation, stroke recovery, spinal cord injury recovery, and traumatic brain injury recovery.

The Oscar winner is “recovering well,” an insider informed the publication. Corinne echoed this statement last week when providing an update on her father’s condition.

“update from the family: Sad to see how the media runs wild,” Corinne, 29, wrote of her 55-year-old father on her Instagram Story. “My Dad has been out of the hospital for weeks, recuperating.”

The actress even claimed that Jamie has been playing “playing pickleball” and staying active amidst his rehabilitation efforts.

Her statement came after Radar Online claimed Jamie’s family was “preparing for the worst” amid the “Ray” actor’s recovery. Journalist Touré also claimed in a since-deleted Instagram post that he was “on Life Support in [the] ICU.”
