Popcaan didn’t just come to Ghana for visit but now sees the country as his home.

The dancehall sensation has announced acquiring a huge mansion in Ghana after visiting Ghana for the Year of Return.

The Vanquish crooner released a video on his Instagram handle flaunting his new home in Ghana.

Popcaan said, “Over Africa wicked man ting. Mi jus buy mi brand new house over Ghana. Yuh haffi have house everyweh!.”

Popcaan’s move falls right in place of the Government’s new “Beyond The Return” initiative which comes after the “Year of Return” campaign, encouraging the African diasporans to make investments in the continent to make it a better place in the world.

Earlier, YEN.com.gh reported how Popcaan released emotional catharsis during his visit to the Cape Coast Castle.

The unruly boss wept while he stood right at the entrance of the ‘Door of No Return’ at the Cape Coast Castle.

The Jamaican dancehall singer and songwriter was in Ghana to enjoy activities marking the Year of Return.

Meanwhile, Ghanaian rapper Medikal, proved that he has an unmatched affection for his biological mum after building a mansion for her.

Medikal stated that his mother won’t ever have to pay rent again in her life because she has received keys to her own mansion.

In a video that has been shared online, the rapper displayed the housed on his Snapchat handle, showing off the inside features of his mum’s new house.
