World Champion Sebastien Ogier is the winner of the World Rally Championship (WRC) Safari Rally.
Sebastien together with his co-driver Julien Ingrassia beat their Toyoya Gazoo team-mate Takamoto Katsuta while Hyundai Motorsport driver Ott Tanak took the third spot.
Taking to Twitter, Ogier said, “A great win for us! After our trouble on Friday we had a really good weekend, with a good pace and an amazing car. I want to congratulate Takamoto Katsuta: he’s made an amazing job, so well done Taka! A great result for the team!”

Tänak was fastest through the Wolf Power Stage to claim five bonus points. Kalle Rovanperä scored four points in second in a Yaris, with team-mate Elfyn Evans taking three in third. Ogier secured two points in fourth with Dani Sordo bagging the final point in fifth.
Ogier has won the World Rally Drivers’ Championship 7 times: in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2020
Kenya’s Onkar Rai emerged the winner of the World Rally Championship Category 3.
