Kanye West was just breaking out into his classic fan favourite song, ‘Heartless’, at the end of the inaugural Meadows festival in Paris when he received terrible news – his wife had been robbed and worse, held at gunpoint by the burglars.

Kanye immediately closed his set and rushed home, citing a family emergency.

“Due to a family emergency, Kanye West was forced to end his performance towards the end of his set.” A statement sent out after his exit read.

“We appreciate the great show he put on for fans to close the inaugural Meadows Festival.

“Our thoughts are with West and his family.”

Burglars hit the residence in the French capital where Kim was staying with her family, and robbed it of jewellery worth millions of dollars. Kim was present at the time and was held at gunpoint during the robbery.

The mother of two was alone at the time, and luckily survived the ordeal without any harm coming to her.

“She is badly shaken but physically unharmed,” a spokesperson for the reality star said.
