US Singer, John Legend Calls Donald Trump A ‘Racist’

US singer, John Legend has taken a swipe at GOP front-runner for US President, Donald Trump, saying he is a ‘racist’.

It all started when the Grammy winning singer replied to Trump’s son, Donald Trump Jr.’s tweet his father’s Chicago rally on Friday which was cancelled.

Trump Jr., 38, wrote on twitter: “Ha 5 students when asked why they were protesting couldn’t even answer. The participation medal/micro aggression generation is pretty sad!”

Legend fired back, saying: “@DonaldJTrumpJr I think they were protesting your racist father. This isn’t complicated.”

Trump attended Fordham University for two years before entering the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He graduated in 1968 with a bachelor’s degree in economics. Legend also graduated from University of Pennsylvania with a degree in English with an emphasis on African-American literature.

  1. U of Penn and Wharton are not the same education. Wharton School of Bus, Economics and U of Penn English, African-American Lierature is like comparing apples to lizards. Analytical, critical thinking and strategic skills developed are entirely different. Knowledge does not = wisdom. Legend? You ought to read Things Fall Apart. Name-caller, you have zero influence compared to Trump.
