UN Chief Expresses Regret Over Intentions By Some African Countries to Quit the ICC

The ICC has convicted four Africans so far.

That has made some of the continent’s leaders to argue that the ICC is biased against African countries. However, UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon says the decision by South Africa, Burundi and Gambia to exit the ICC, could send the wrong message in the fight for justice.
