U.S. Ready To Hit North Korea By Sending A Stealth Bomber Over The Pacific

The United States has warned North Korea that it is ready to strike that country by sending a B-2 Spirit stealth bomber over the Pacific in anticipation of a visit by US President Donald Trump to Japan and Korea. South, according to Australian National University researcher Adam Broinowski, interviewed by Sputnik.

North Korea must consider as a warning the decision of the  United States to send a B-2 stealth plane, capable of dropping nuclear bombs, in the western Pacific on the eve of a visit by President Donald Trump in the region, Adam Broinowski , a postdoctoral researcher at the National University of Australia , told Sputnik on Tuesday  .

“It would be a warning to  North Korea  that the United States is ready and able to attack it,” Brinowski said.

The US Strategic Command, which is responsible for the nuclear arsenal, announced Sunday that it had sent a Northrop B-2 long-range stealth bomber   over the Pacific to “familiarize the aircrew” with “a high degree of preparation and effectiveness.

According to the researcher, the dispatch of a stealthy aircraft capable of carrying nuclear weapons serves to support the statement of  James Mattis . The Pentagon chief said Saturday in Seoul that the United States would never accept North Korea as a nuclear power.

“Mr. Mattis’s remarks coincide with the B-2 bomber’s flight. This bomber gives weight to the words of Mr. Mattis, he shows the seriousness of this statement. This means that North Korea can not argue with the United States under these conditions.

This deprives North Korea of the levers it hopes to achieve through its nuclear weapons, if negotiations take place, “Brinowski noted.
