A woman who claims to own the sun has sued e-commerce website, eBay for blocking her sales.
According to International Business Times, a court in Madrid has ruled that 54-year-old Maria Duran has the right to have her case heard.
The court will only rule on the narrow case of whether she violated eBay’s seller agreement not rule on the larger issue of whether Duran’s claim of ownership is legit.
According to Consumerist, Duram is suing for about $11,000 in damages.
