According to the Mercer ranking, a ranking that ranks cities according to their quality of life, here are the ten capitals in the world where life is a nightmare in 2017.
10. Conakry

Conakry is the big city and capital of Guinea. It lacks infrastructure, good hospitals, really clean water and electricity. It is home to Cholera, malaria, Ebola and insecurity. No wonder it is ranked as the tenth city in the world where people live a hell.

The capital of Congo, Brazzaville, is the eighth city in the world where it hurts to live.
