Just after defeating Wladimir Klitschko, Joshua revealed pounded yam and egusi kept him going and allowed him retain the IBF title and win the vacated IBO and WBA titles.

But it seems Joshua has set his site on another Nigerian delicacy. The world heavyweight champion posted a picture on Instagram about to consume what looks a delicious plate of eba and okro littered with fukun, roundabout and other assorted meat.
