1. Not getting enough sleep

There is a price to pay for not getting enough sleep.
2. Not drinking enough water
Not drinking enough water can be a big problem. It is very important to always stay hydrated. Do not wait until you are thirsty before you drink water. If you’re feeling thirsty you’re already dehydrated. That headache you are having could be a symptom of being dehydrated so drinking water should make it go away. Sip small amounts throughout the day to stay hydrated.
3. Addiction to your devices
There are some people who cannot stay away from their devices for a minute. You may not know, but using your gadgets excessively can have a negative effect on your health. This includes your phones, tablets, computer, television and others. Did you know that watching too much television can kill you? This year, you need to take a break. Stop the excessive use of gadgets.
4. Over exercising
Too much of anything is bad. We all know exercise is good for the body but, when you overdo it, it becomes bad for your health. Too much exercise can lead to injuries, exhaustion and depression. It can leave some people more at risk of heart rhythm problems – known medically as arrhythmias. Exercise but do not over do it.
