After Béyoncé, it is the turn of the couple Obama . A year after signing an agreement with the Netflix digital platform, Barack and Michelle Obama unveiled Tuesday a list of projects they are preparing for the platform.
Higher Ground Productions, the Obama production company, announced Tuesday a total of seven films and series that will be more educational than entertaining with the support of connections and inspirations.
Barack Obama described them: “With regard to issues of race and class, democracy and civil rights and much more, we are convinced that each of these productions will not entertain, but will educate, connect and inspire all” .
He also said that emissions would in no way focus on Donald Trump, the current president.
The first production will be a documentary called “American Factory”.
On the list of projects is a show “Bloom” drama taking place in New York after the Second World War. And to give preschoolers food tips, another half-hour “Listen to your Vegetables & Eat Your Parents” program will be dedicated to them.
