The state funeral is underway in Mogadishu, Somalia, for former head of state Ali Mahdi Mohamed.
The 82-year-old former president succumbed to COVID-19 on Wednesday night in Kenya’s Nairobi hospital as confirmed by the spokesperson of the Ministry of Information Isamel Mukhtaar Omar.
