South African President, Jacob Zuma To Become Mayor After Retirement

South African President Jacob Zuma hopes to become the mayor of his home town Nkandla after leaving the presidency.

According to News24, Zuma will contest to be a ward councilor then mayor of Nkandala. President said this during his speech at the funeral of a struggle veteran Riot Mkhwanazi, who was arrested with President Jacob Zuma in 1964 and served time in Robben Island. Zuma and Mkwanazi spent 10 years together on the Island Prison.
