Snoop Dogg’s Gospel Album Breaks Records, Becomes #1 On Billboard’s Top Gospel Albums Chart

He was once a contemporary rapper, known worldwide for his good rapping lyrics. However, the american rapper recently diverted his attention to singing in the Christian line of gospel and decided to drop an album.

Snoop Dogg’s newly released gospel album is already breaking records. The rapper’s 32-track album titled, ‘Snoop Dogg Presents Bible of Love,’ was released on Friday, March 16, 2018. The rapper beat Christian artists, scoring the number one spot on the Gospel Albums chart.

Surprisingly, the first time gospel artist has outdone others, debuting at number one on Billboard’s Top Gospel Albums chart.

According to Billboard, “You,” “Saved,” and “Blessing Me Again” all appeared on the Hot Gospel Songs list.

These songs feature popular gospel artist, Tye Tribbett, Faith Evans and Rance Allen.


The album has gospel singers like Fred Hammond, Marvin Sapp, Mary Mary, Kim Burrell, Pastor John P. Kee, The Clark Sisters, and Mali Music.

Secular artists include Charlie Wilson, Chance The Rapper, and Ft. Patti LaBelle.
