Senegalese Famous Musician Habib Faye Bows Out

Senegal cries one of its worthy musicians, Habib Faye. Versatile musician and great bassist of the Super Etoile orchestra, Habib Faye died Wednesday, April 25 in a hospital in Paris (France), following a pulmonary infection at the age of 53 years.

According to musicinfrica, the news has plunged the entire Senegalese music scene into deep melancholy this morning. Upon the announcement of the death, messages of condolence and tributes come from everywhere.
