The indignation comes from the fact that the president promised in an interview with Jeune Afrique in December 2016 that he never mixes the family and the management of the country. “I never mix my family with the management of the country,” he said. It should be noted that Aliou Sall was elected in 2014, in the Dakar suburbs, he is president of the Association of local elected representatives (Ueal), president of the Association of Mayors of Senegal (Ams) with the support of ruling party
Aliou Sall is also a director at the Bank of Dakar. He was until recently the representative of Petrotim (a multinational hydrocarbon company) in Africa. Aliou Sall warmly thanked his brother President Macky for confidence.
