After being labelled as “witch”, a three-year-old boy in Nigeria was left to die. He was rescued by the social worker Anja Ringgren Loven and she named him Hope. She shared some images. The boy looks healthier and he is very happy.

Ringgren Loven says: “ The day I carried this sweet little boy in my arms, for the firtd time, Iwas so sure he would not survive. Every breath he took was a struggle and I did not want him to die without a name, without dignity, so I called him Hope.” This woman helps children who have been accused of witchcraft.
