- 1 piece of grated ginger
- 1 clove of grated garlic
- 1 spoon of lemon juice
- 1 spoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 spoon of honey
Method of preparation:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until they are properly combined. When done, strain the liquid in another bowl and keep it in the fridge for 5 days.
How to use it (consuming):
The recommended dosage is 1 spoon in the morning before breakfast, and 1 spoon in the evening before dinner.
It is not recommended to take it more than 3 times a day.
