The R&B singer, who is facing a string of sexual assault charges, which he denies, was jailed in March after failing to cough up his monthly payments to ex Andrea Kelly.
She shares three children with her ex, Joann, 21, Jay, 19, and Robert Jr, 17.
At the time, it was said that he had racked up a delinquency of $161,633.
Now, TMZ reports that he’s missed his last two months of child support payments.
He is required to pay $20,833 a month to his ex.
After being jailed in March, not long after he was arrested on sexual abuse charges, Kelly was released after he cleared his debt.
His missed payments were actually covered by someone else.
After getting out, Kelly went to court and asked a judge to lower his $20k a month payments, claiming he could no longer afford them.
The judge agreed to hear Kelly’s arguments, but that won’t happen until May 8.
It comes after Kelly begged the media to go easy on him as he resorted to making a nightclub appearance to earn some cash.
Earlier this month, he posted a video on Instagram, telling people he had to make his money that way now.
He said: “Yo, this your boy, Kells, and I got an event to do tonight in Springfield, Illinois, so I want the media to take it easy on me, man.
“This is how I gotta get paid now, for right now. So I gotta go do this event, and it’s a party, so when you see me in the club, with a couple drinks in my hand and chillin’, please take it easy.
“Appreciate it, y’all. Thanks.”
ABC 20 reported that Kelly arrived at the venue at around 1.30am on a Sunday morning, where he spoke to several clubbers, who are said to have paid $100 each to attend the bash.
Kelly is said to have posed for photos with fans and sang for around 45 seconds, leaving revellers disappointed as they had expected to see him perform properly.
It was Kelly’s first major appearance since he was arrested and charged with 10 counts of sexually abusing four victims, some of whom were said to be underage when the alleged incidents took place.
Kelly denies all allegations made against him.
Mirror Online has contacted Kelly’s representatives for comment.
