The actor’s spokeswoman described the claims, as “a ridiculous, categorically false story”.
Drawing from a police report filed in July of 1986, the paper said that the young woman alleged Stallone coerced her into sexual activity with him and his bodyguard. She declined to pursue charges.
After the encounter Stallone threatened the girl with violence if she told anyone, according to the police.
Stallone’s spokeswoman Michelle Bega said “No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr Stallone. At no time was Mr Stallone ever contacted by authorities or anyone else regarding this matter.”
Laura Meltzer, a spokeswoman for the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, said their records did not go back far enough to be able to confirm the authenticity of the police report cited by the Mail. She said the formatting of the report was consistent with the department’s procedures.
An attorney for Stallone did not return a call and an email from The Independent seeking comment.
The allegations against the Rocky come after numerous sexual misconduct claims against other Hollywood luminaries, media figures and politicians.
