The older brother of the ex-Nigerian music duo, P-Square, Jude Okoye, made a shocking revelation to his fans Monday morning on his Instagram page.
He claimed to have spent his first four nights under Ijora Bridge in Lagos when he landed freshly in the show biz industry.
Jude who is a music and video producer did the post with the intention of motivating his followers.
He moved to Lagos in 1995 to continue his musical career and even had to work as an apprentice driver to survive in the City of The Hustlers.
Speaking he wrote:
DID YOU KNOW….? My first 4 nights in Lagos in 1995 were spent under the ijora bridge, I was stuck because of the music. I had to do the driver work on the road Ijora – Jibowu every day to survive. #mondaymotivation
Jude Okoye was the director of the P-Square music group before the bitter separation of the brothers a few months ago. He managed to bring his younger brothers to Lagos and dominate the national music scene and beyond Nigerian borders for several years.
In their early days, Jude was responsible for producing most of their songs and also shot almost all their music videos. He produced their first video selling his only car that he was driving at the time.
He is now considered one of the most established music moguls in Nigeria with many achievements to show for his hard work.
