Nigeria’s Kelechi Iheanacho Emerges Most Prolific Striker In EPL History

Kelechi Iheanacho is the most prolific striker in the history of the English Premier League (EPL), Manchester City have confirmed, after the Nigeria international netted against Hull City on Boxing Day.

The young attacker tapped in from David Silva’s cross, bringing his tally to 12 goals from 1,147 minutes of game time.

With the Taye Academy product netting a goal every 95.6 minutes, he has the best goals-per-minute ratio in the Premier League, ahead of City teammate Sergio Aguero and Arsenal legend Thierry Henry.

If Cup and Champions League games are added into the mix, Iheanacho has tallied 20 goals from 52 appearances since he debuted for the Citizens.
