Nigerian Medical Graduate Bags 11 Awards At MDCN Induction | Photos


Winifred Ugochinyere Hyacinth, a graduate of the faculty of medicine, College of Health Sciences, Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK), has emerged overall best student for her set.

She also bagged multiple awards at a recent induction ceremony for graduates into the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).

Ugochinyere took her Twitter page on Monday to break the news after the induction while sharing photos of herself receiving the awards.

Among the plaques she got aside from the ‘Overall Best Graduating Student’ are ‘Prof. Emele Prize for Best Student in Pathology’ and ‘Prof. Joseph Ikechebelu Prize for Best Student in Obstetrics and Gynaecology’.

Others are ‘Dr. Echee Adinma Prize for Best Student in Community Medicine’, ‘Best Female Student’, and ‘Prof. Emejulu Prize for the Best Student in Surgery’.
