Meet The Newly Named Africa’s Most Inspirational President!

The congress of all Africa Students Union (ASU) has adjudged Ghana’s president, John Dramani Mahama, the “Most Inspirational African President”.

The independent student body with membership across over 50 African countries selected President Mahama based on the following reasons.

The most deadly Ebola outbreak which struck some states of West Africa saw President Mahama take drastic measures to help contain the spread of the virus. Top of his action as chairman of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) was to set up a medical dispatch headquarters in Ghana mainly for the deployment of drugs and other medical items to affected countries.
