Meet Kenya’s First Parkour Practitioner, Adam Hassan (Video)

Parkour and free running is not common in Kenya, but that did not stop Kenya’s Adam Hassan from becoming a practitioner of either.

Parkour is preparing discipline that gets from military snag course preparing. It requires outrageous mastery, center and persistence.


Despite the challenges of acing the preparation, Hassan could do such, with the assistance of online recordings and instructional exercises. He’s aced the training of the course in eight years and is currently effectively engaged with showing youthful kids the art too.

Soon this talented Kenyan from Mombasa will be featured in film productions as a stunt-man and actor. Check out Hassan’s incredible parkour skills in the video below.
