A young businessman, simply known as Ebenezer, who sells coconut at Saint Johns near Achimota in Accra, has opened up about his business and how it has transformed him.
Ebenezer revealed that he completed senior secondary school, but due to financial difficulties he decided to start a business as a coconut seller.
Speaking in an interview with Kingsmotion TV, he revealed he makes between GHc330 (N20,139.16) to GHc500 (N33,565.26) when business is very slow.
Ebenezer said he has purchased a car from the income he got from the business and also owns a house.
He stressed he would not leave the business for any other venture because he believes no other job would pay him the amount he earns from his current work.
Ebenezer’s story is inspirational for unemployed youths to look within themselves for solutions to maximise their potential.
