Trending Black Panther has just broken a new record. According to Forbes, it is currently the fourth largest box office success in North America and tenth in the world.
Just seven weeks before its release, the super hero movie has already garnered $ 652.5 million in box office in North America and $ 1.28 billion worldwide.
The blockbuster could soon be in the top 3 of the biggest successes in the United States. As a reminder, it’s Star Wars: The awakening of the force (936.6 million dollars) which occupies the first place, followed by Avatar (750.5 million dollars) and Titanic (659.4 million dollars).
China was the first international film market with $ 105 million, followed by the United Kingdom ($ 62 million) and South Korea ($ 42 million).
Black Panther, directed by Ryan Coogler, was produced with about $ 200 million and brought in $ 427 million four days after the release.
